In Minnesota it's not illegal either. I think it should be, though. There's really never any need to be on the phone while you are in the car, unless it is an emergency.

And I agree, there are a lot of bad drivers, but there are bad drivers EVERYWHERE. In fact, I find most Minnesotans to be pretty good drivers because we have to put up with so much damn snow and ice all the time, and it can be tricky to maneuver through that stuff.

The most trouble I have with people on cell phones is in parking lots. People will like try to back out of a spot while they're on the phone, and of course when you are in a parking lot you need to devote full attention to where you are going, especially if it's busy. I really get pissed at those people.

.. i still drive round using mine, if it rings in my pocket while im driving, ill answer it.. (i drive slower tho, while on my phone.. always thinking safety )

talking about phones!i said already i have a nokia 3510 i right?that the thing i forgot to say that i have small problem:the front side is singed from armin the back side is signed from Ferry!and the last weeks i dont even want to use my phone just in case i lost these!!!
