Post subject: Please Vote In Radio1's Top 30 Dance Anthems of All Time |
|
|
| I'd like to ask everyone to spare a moment of time and click on this link http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/dance/anthems_top100main.shtml and vote for your all time favourite anthem to be played on Radio 1 on 30th December. Personally I voted for Gouryella- Gouryella and hope you all take time to make it more realistic with more votes.

| Just casted my vote for "System F - Out of the Blue". It was an instant favorite when I first heard it... nothing can touch it.

| It is really tough, I'd have voted for Airwave, gouryella, out of the blue and Veracocha's carte blanche if I had my way, there are an awful lot of damn good tunes out there, choosing just 1 is so hard

I cast my vote. Robert Miles - Children
very tough decision though - too many classics, i nearly put Ralph Fridge - Angel, but Children just got it

| Thats exactly what got me into it Kev, Happy Hardcore packs, and then you'd get one Mark EG & M-Zone Hard Trance tape or Juice & Cally's powertrance, then suddenly I listened to Jules on Radio1 and he was playing out of the blue and the other ones that are now classics, and it kinda converted me.

| Yeah he sure does, and with his remixes he brought out that year, He had to be near the top of producers for 99, and with Dance Valley Theme 2001 this year, he's proved he's still got the magic touch

The Push - Universal nation wasn't that good compared to The legacy tune! But the Ferry Corsten remix were ace! Ferry Corsten has got to be the king of Trance!

um ya bro, ur joking me right...legacy is alright, but dont compare it to universal nation...universal nation is a classic, therefore all classics will be better than the new one's
yes ferry corsten is a good remix, but not the best

System F - Out of the blue is still driving me crazy, espesially Mauro Picottos Remix, Robert Miles - Children is absolutely classic - it has changed the trance into the form we enjoy it know, Push - Universal Nation is bringing my heart beating to the speed of the beat, BUT in my opinion [i dont pretend to be right for everybody, just for myself] there is no track to compare with RANK1 - Airwave

As far as anthems go I'd have to say Push - Universal Nation (Ferry Corsten Remix) I still try to fit it in to my sets and its always a crowd-pleaser. Robert Miles' Children is the ultimate classic, it is the mother of the trance music we here today. I still don't know what I'll vote but I'm gonna think long and hard about it thats for sure.
CHEERS!!! :p
