help me to find a track

I'm looking for a track (hard house) that have in it vocal saying only one sentence "please do not panic". aftr the vocal comes a very good bass line that sounds like the bass line in yves deruyter old track "back to earth"

I'm looking for this track for almost 2 months and I hope you can help me find it. :-)
